This newly opened 180,000 square feet of retail space offers hard to find and specialty Asian items. In addition to the largest Central Texas Asian supermarket, M.T. Supermarket, patrons can choose from the eight currently opened restaurants and numerous shops offering everything from clothing, cell phones, movie rentals, jewelry and much more. With the excitement of international entertainment, firecrackers and authentic Asian libations, this event will bring together the Austin public to promote interest in the Asian culture. In addition, it provides a genuine Celebration for Chinese New Year’s – Year of the Pig – the last of a 12 year Chinese zodiac cycle. The full entertainment schedule is published on Chinatown’s website – www.chinatownaustin.com. To rent a retail space, contact Lusa Management at 512.343.3688. |
